If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
Sealed Product in good condition and after balance amount adjustment with bank deduction fee @2% can be eligible for replacement. We will ship replacement on same day after all formalities done.
Which products are not eligible for returns?
Once Product is shipped it can’t be returned, but you can ask for replacement with good reason.
Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?
If replacement product needs to be different freebie, you have to return all for replacement.
How do returns work?
Product can’t return but replacement is allowed with good valid reason. You can cancel your order any time if not shipped.
I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
Once product is shipped you can’t cancel.
